SUPER-CUTE BODY SHOULD AVOID

FAD DIETS

Bad for the body.

FAST FOODS

Have no nutritional value, are high in fat, salt and very low in fibre.

TOO MUCH DAIRY

Can cause digestive upsets and mucous.

FAT-FREE PRODUCTS

High in sugar or salt and low in nutritional value.

TOO MUCH CAFFEINE

Is a no-no. Keep it down to one coffee or two teas a day.

SOFT DRINKS

They're packed with sugar. It's best to drink water instead.

ALCOHOL OVERLOAD

One to two standard drinks per day, with two or three alcohol-free days throughout the week.
