  拥有品味:品味是一个人去观察事物时的态度,同样的东西,不同的人眼光下会出现着不同的版本。在某些程度上,一个人的品味与她的气质是相辅相成,品位的高低取决于一个女孩在日常生活里对新事物的发现。

秋季养生:达人教你 换季滋补养颜

寒露时节,天气渐渐转凉,地面露水增多,空气中的水分减少,从中医的角度,此时燥邪当令,最应防燥养阴,而且在天寒夜长的深秋,无论是脾胃还是心情,都需要得到滋润,京城的不少餐厅也适时推出了汤煲新菜单,寒露喝汤去,边进补边享受那一分清淡,不亦快哉。

不妨在这"水风轻,萍花渐老;月露冷,梧叶飘黄,遣情伤"的寒露之秋,喝喝汤,养养生,品一品这杯羹中的细水长流与浮世清欢。
北京人对喝汤,原本并没有什么特殊的爱好,说到汤汤水水,仿佛还是南方人更为热衷。有人就曾经打趣说,广东人喜欢煲汤,天上飞的地上跑的,都能扔进汤煲里,所以最怕"穿煲"(穿帮)。而北京人爱吃饺子,不管什么馅,切碎了都能塞进饺子皮里,所以最怕"露馅儿"。一方水土自然有着一方主流的饮食习惯,但中国人讲到秋冬的"吃"都离不开"滋补"二字,各类美食之中,最有滋补功用的莫过于汤品了。即便不是把"喝汤"这件事当做每日必行,至少也应该比平时更频繁一些。"昨夜一场雨,今日寒露生。"《月令七十二候集解》说:"九月节,露气寒冷,将凝结也。"寒露的气温比白露时更低,京城这时也已可见初霜。在自然界中,寒露之后也意味着阴阳之气开始转变,阳气渐退,阴气渐生。因此秋季时节必须注意保养体内的阳气。这也就是人们常说的"秋养"。

Q:你做的素汤也能让非素食主义者胃口大开,秘诀是什么?
A:荤汤和素汤的滋养功效其实没有差别。我做的都是净素汤,首先,若想令素汤也鲜美可口,可以用菌菇炖成的素高汤调味,不仅香味不减于荤汤,而且味道更鲜。
其次,食材的挑选也很重要,我一般都会要求到选产地去寻找最原生态的食材,比如为了做鲜竹笙莲子炖羊肚菌这道汤,我们会远赴云南,就为了找到当地新鲜的竹笙。
第三,少用调味品。我在烹调的过程中,是不舍得用任何调味品去掩盖食材的本味的。另外我一直觉得,煲汤和做菜一样,汤的好喝程度是与掌勺人的用心程度成正比的,静下心,专注地去做,这份耐心和专注是能令所烹制的汤品有所不同的。
Q:如果说煲汤是一门艺术,品汤应该也有学问,请为我们传授一二?
A:现在天渐渐冷了,有时汤喝到一半,就会变凉。我喜欢用那种比较深的汤盅盛汤,有保温的作用。除此之外,面对一道色香味俱全的汤品,首先应充分发挥嗅觉作用,让美味信息由嗅觉慢慢传导给视觉、味觉,继而到全身,然后便好好享受这种因美食而引起的身心灵的快乐吧。
Q:寒露时节,为了养阴除燥,除了喝一碗滋润的汤,你还有何其他饮食推荐?
A:从寒露到入冬的这段时间,雨水减少,天气变得干燥起来,按照中医的理论,此时最容易伤肺。水果中的梨、香蕉,蔬菜中的胡萝卜、藕以及各种菌类、紫菜等都能养肺润肠,再适合这个季节不过了。
早餐可以吃一些温热的健脾补气的粳米或糯米粥,玉竹粥、沙参粥也挺不错。如果身体比较虚弱,还可以多吃些红枣、莲子、山药等食物。
同时,也要注意与汤搭配的菜肴,有时候搭配对了,口感会有惊喜,食物本身产生的功效也会增强。比如前面提到过的鲜竹笙莲子炖羊肚菌,我建议与芦笋尖搭配同食,不仅与芦笋尖的滋味相得益彰,一起吃还能有更强的除燥效果。再比如清新的杏仁冬瓜汤很适合与甜糯的南瓜、芋泥等同食,不单口感很和谐,而且其营养价值也能互补。

推荐语
此汤补中益气,健脾养胃,润肺生津,全家老少都适合。
原料:老鸡一只,猪骨半斤左右,党参、玉竹30克左右,蜜枣3只,白果数粒,姜数片
做法:老鸡去皮,和猪骨一起飞水后放入汤煲,加上配料和水,大火烧开转小火慢慢煲3~4个小时,调味即可。
Q:听说你几乎每天都会烹制汤品。你煲汤有什么独家心得吗?
A:心得之一:用料越简单越好,越是平常的食材越能做出可口的汤来,关键在于搭配。心得之二:煲好后,主要喝汤水,里面的肉和药材其实可吃可不吃。如果想吃的话,可以用生抽和香油调一下味。心得之三:"所谓佳品,在水一方",煲汤时水是很重要的,水一定要一次性加足量,过程中就不要再加水了。
Q:你一般在深秋时会做什么汤?
A:很小的时候,妈妈就告诉我说,秋天喝党参汤,不容易感冒。党参具有补中益气、生津养血之效,所以我做的很多汤都是围绕着党参做文章的,党参黄芪鸡汤、党参玉竹鸡汤、党参红枣炖乌鸡……这些的原料都是党参和鸡,换一些配料,营养更全面,口感也会有所差异。

寒露食补:以"清"补为主
"寒露"时节起,雨水渐少,天气干燥,昼热夜凉。要保持秋畅应以"清"补为主,下面介绍几种时令食材。
百合 有补肺、润肺、清心安神、消除疲劳和润燥止咳的作用。
山药 其特点是补而不滞,不热不燥,不论男女老幼、有病无病、体健体弱,都适合食用。
藕 生藕能清热生津止渴;熟藕能健脾开胃益血。有"暑天宜生藕,秋凉宜熟藕,生食宜鲜嫩,熟食宜壮老"的说法。
栗子 栗肉含有蛋白质10%、淀粉70%左右,还含丰富的多种微量元素及矿物质,有健脾养胃、补肾壮骨的作用。
红枣 秋食红枣,是滋阴润燥、益肺补气的清补食品,如能与银耳、百合、山药共同煨食,效果更好。
蜂蜜 清热解毒,养气润肺。传统养生认为蜂蜜能润脏腑、通三焦、调脾胃,它帮助你在干燥的季节里保持水润。

寒露养生事
养胃 寒露以后的养生要注意胃部保暖,适时增添衣物;养成良好的饮食习惯,以温、软、淡、素、鲜为宜,做到定时定量、少食多餐,少吃生冷刺激的食物;心情保持平静愉快。
养肤 秋天时节气候干燥,皮肤表面毛细血管收缩,缺乏水分滋润而显得干枯皱裂,女性娇嫩的皮肤一旦受损,需要3~6个月方能恢复,皮肤应少暴露在外面。洗脸时建议冷热水交替使用,洗澡时用39℃左右的温水,能够进行很好地全身护肤,可以促进血液循环、刺激汗腺,让体内的废物、表面污垢与汗液一起排出体外。
养气 秋天属"阴气长,阳气衰"的季节,早睡可以帮助收敛阳气。所谓:"秋三月,此谓容平,天气以急,地气以明,早卧早起,与鸡俱兴,使志安宁,以缓秋刑,收敛神气,使秋气平,无外其志,使肺气清,此秋气之应,养收之道也。"所以要养成早睡早起的习惯。

因为女子,未来没有固定的模样

  如今的女孩子,已是愈来愈不易在这个世界找到方向。整个社会像是无数趟不断被所谓的"技术"推动的列车,她们坐在里面。总是觉得心有余悸。似乎稍不用力,就会被甩得很远。眼见着旁人在不断地赚钱,赚钱,继续挣钱,全都敌不过社会风气充斥着无数的近路,一段"情"可以换得下半生的信托基金这么有概括性。
  男人也好,职位也罢,房产,车子,基金,恋情,保养,所有的资源,都在需要不断地去抢夺。她们站在熙熙攘攘的人潮中,被无形的力量开始催促着去做一些本该不属于这个年纪应该做的事情。这几日,无数个问题朝我喷薄而来。21岁的女孩子问,要不要买房子;22岁的女孩子问,要不要给已婚的富二代当三奶;23岁的女孩子问,要不要给自己买一份养老保险。还有很多很多。

  但是,我真的不知道你们在着急什么。你们急着买房子,急着学车,急着学会理财,急着去懂得怎样保养成天山童姥,急着学会了解男人,急着学会看透世界,急着学会驾驭奢华。急着早早的就用上雅诗兰黛,急着早早地就背上爱马仕,急着……你们急匆匆急匆匆,脚步愈来愈快,心里愈来愈空。眼前有无数条路可以走,但是当你们真正走到路口的时候,你们却不断地踟蹰,持续地惆怅,失掉勇气,望而却步,停滞不前。生怕选择了一条什么平凡的路,就够不着你们想要的未来与世界。我想说的是,你的未来,它根本没有固定的模样。不要以为前方有一条最适合你的路等着你一路绿灯的过去,你所做的只是需要找对它。NO,你的前方根本没有路。你要做的,只是不断不断地坚强,继续继续地强大。学会看清自己,承认现实,看懂世界,持续失败,然后了解规则。有一天,你会发现你随便遛一弯儿,都能走出一条阳光大道。哪里还会惆怅路往哪儿走。
  前两年,我曾与12聊天说起我的迷茫。我怕我走错路,怕入错行,怕嫁错人。怕一切一切都是因为我的选择错误而做成。后来,我终于悟出来可以说是我人生中最重要的道理:不怕没运气,就怕没实力。而如今,我敢大胆地说一句,一个有实力的女子,无论走那条路都会走成星光大道。披荆斩棘,披星戴月,她总活的风生水起,不卑不亢。而忘却了自己内心方向,单单凭着随波逐流,即使是人行天桥,也会被她走成了地下通道的女子,早年不也是一脸傲气在拼命追求些什么。如今这个世界让女孩子们沾染了一种非常浮躁的风气。所以我从来不曾怪过小MM们,去浮躁不安的追求一些什么。更不会像个刚刚从古墓里爬出来的卫道士,指责世风日下,女子都像婊子。我只是觉得,一定不要丢失一个叫做坚守的词语,更不要不懂得如何去相信你可以走出你的未来,而不是找到你的未来。你一定一定要记得自己究竟是什么样的女子,不要抛弃了她原来的模样。
  我只是更加相信,这个世界上,一些太昂贵,太世俗的东西,在过于年轻的时候拥有,其实是一种悲哀。如同在商场里看到一个满身名牌的年少女孩儿,我只觉被那么多的blingbling遮住了本来面目,已经看不清摸样。可怜啊,我们本该行云流水缓缓前进的生命,我们本该花开花落踏风而行的灵魂,已经被催促着凋零。这个世界强加给年轻的姑娘们太多不需要的理念与选择,因为选择太多,所以如果摒弃,就让她们觉得自己失去太多。其实并不是这样。女人的道路其实很好走。一路走一路减法,而不是一路走觉得内心的贪念愈来愈大,直到负累太多筋疲力尽,抬头被纸醉金迷照耀得迷了眼睛,再也找不到回家的路。
  
  当有一天,你知道你自己是谁,你要谁,你的生活在哪里。这才是后半生得以依靠的本钱。当有一天,你会发现所谓的浮华物质,真的没有心境强大的在周末的下午饮一杯茶让你觉得有底气。当有一天,你懂得这个世界里,你不需要的东西太多,而不是需要的东西太多,你才真的成长。
  走得太快,不完全是件好事。更别怕走错路,走错路不是因为找不到眼前的路,而是你的内心根本没有给灵魂留一盏指路的灯。

拂袖

哪里才是天涯,哪里才是梦想的尽头。岁月不断更迭,究竟脚步会停在何处却终究是一个猜不透的迷。古人临江慨叹"逝者如斯夫,不舍昼夜。"想到这些时我却难免有些更实在的伤感夹杂在其中。身前有许多遗憾,身后是看不透的考验,水里火里艰难奔走,真正能莞尔的都有谁?风里浪里四处漂流,真正能拂袖的能有几人?
也许只有李白的袖子才是随风飘扬的吧!"我本楚狂人,凤歌笑孔丘。"这是何等的潇洒,我也时常会想,他是不食人间烟火的仙子吗,如若是他怎么也逃脱不了世事的摆布,如若不是他怎么能如此豁达,也许那不是豁达,那是对现实的无奈,无奈过后就是"破罐破摔"的洒脱。我无法窥视古人的心理,不懂他击缻而歌时的心情,窥伺不了他对酒当歌时的沉醉表情,但是我能很分明的看到他随风飘飘的衣袖里裹着的是妙笔生花的双手,这双手托起的是整个盛唐。
世间有多少仇恨,聚散也好爱恨也罢,一场繁华过后能留下什么?深刻,还是肤浅?有多少人能够铭记自己经过的每一寸土地,有多少人能不管昨天种种仍用同一种表情面对明天?某天再回头时是否会有许多感慨涌上心头?你我他都在坚持着自己的生活方式,就算今生来生的经历都不去问,就算是身前身后的恩恩怨怨不去讨论,就单单是当下有几个人能不带任何表情就挥一挥衣袖淡然了之呢?
人都在追求阔达,但却一直活在狭隘中。我们不是剑客,我们不能放浪形骸浪迹天涯,但我们可以学着豁达。孟子云"吾善养吾浩然之气",这"气"大概就是心胸的豁达何人生的格局吧。我站得不高,看不清历史是如何将这股气一贯到底的,但我知道物是人非事事休,知道古今多少事都付笑谈中。那么还有什么不能笑着去面对呢?纵然知道明天将要浴火,焉知后天不会重生呢?
我一直都认为面对这些琐事我可以一笑处置,可现实就是那么难测,你永远猜不透它明天会出什么牌给你,我的表情永远跟不上现实变换画布的节拍。许多事时间冲刷不掉,许多事现实总是在毫不留意的时候将它们挖掘出来,让你的胳臂变得沉重,让你的衣袖变得异常窄小。
也许快乐是肤浅的,悲伤才是深刻的吧。走过的路上,谁会记得坦途上的风景?只有伤痛泥泞是的痛苦才叫人铭心刻骨。身上背负了太多的包袱如何能潇洒地甩开衣袖,如何能义无反顾呢?即便是英雄也会有泪下满巾的时候吧,凡尘世事总是像苍蝇一样挥之不去,想要高飞时却发现自己越陷越深越来越迷茫。
人总是这样矛盾,在追求大格局的时候却被蝇头小事绊住了脚。如果我们能在纷乱世事之中坚持一种态度保持一个目标,即便世界冰冻冷漠即便周围嘈嘈杂杂也会看到前面的路的。也许人走过一辈子只有这种豁达的微笑,只有拂袖的姿态才会让历史铭记吧。
我现在记住了什么忘记了什么呢?也许自己也不能一一说清楚,手臂沉了表情扭曲了不如停下来歇歇脚,狂风吹来不要畏畏缩缩一蹶不振,乘着风举起手中的旗帜,乘着风再挥一挥衣袖,明天太阳照常升起……

No matter how clean your nail salon looks, how sure are you it's germ-free? Use these pointers to stay alert:

- Check the tools used. One way to know if they are hygienic is to see if they are taken from sterilized pouches or from a container of hospital-grade antiseptic. Tools laid out are susceptible to airborne diseases so before anything is done, get the manicurist to soak them in antiseptic for a few minutes.

- Ask for a scrub instead of a pumice stone as it's hard to clean and bacteria can build up in the holes.

- Jacuzzis are fab, but use them if the manicurist has cleaned the jet, which could house bacteria even if the basin is clean.

- Orange sticks should never be reused because they can't be cleaned, so ensure you're given a new one.
